Θαμών is a creative kitchen restaurant located in my hometown, Ioannina, rooted in local ingredients and the culinary traditions of Epirus, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. The physical dining experience is warm, thoughtful, and intimate, defined by atmosphere, care, and a strong sense of place.

The Challenge
The redesign was driven by a clear gap between this in-restaurant experience and the existing digital presence. I love this place but while the food and space invite guests to slow down and connect, the website did not fully reflect that emotional depth.
The Solution
This project explores how a digital experience can better translate the restaurant’s philosophy, atmosphere, and values, focusing on restraint, storytelling, and a calm, editorial approach.
